i still have to re-do mine since it broke... sigh..
how did you manage to put the red jewel?
It was just a red gem I had lying around so I decided to use it for
something. You could probably use a flat-set marble. They sell them
at craft stores. I'm sure they also sell some kind of rhinestones
that would be in the shape you need. Depends what they have (:
also, did you put the gem before or after you baked the clay?
i'm worried it might melt or something...
I saved a little spot for where the gem would be glued in and I
baked the clay, let it cool, painted it, and then added the gem. (:
i'll try again for a 2nd attempt hopefully it doesn't brake on me
It shouldn't break though! What kind of clay did you use?
